PQ-Box 50

The perfect tool for energy management audits according to ISO 50001. Our universal class A measuring device PQ-Box 50 was developed for a wide range of uses and is equipped with an integrated power supply unit, a robust housing and a compact design. The universal network analyzer is ideal for mobile measurement in harsh environments and where space is very limited.

Extremely robust and compact housing

When developing our PQ-Box 50, the focus was right from the start on the compact design of the network analyzer. With its very small dimensions of 220 x 110 x 40 mm and a weight of one kilogram, the device can shine in application areas with particularly tight spaces. Of course, despite its small size, our PQ-Box 50 has protection class IP 65 and is a certified class A measuring device.

WLAN interface for wireless communication with the software & app

The data recorded by the PQ-Box 50 can be transmitted to the evaluation PC via a USB interface and a fast WLAN interface. The extensive evaluation software WinPQ mobile is included in the scope of delivery and can be installed on any number of PCs. To round off the user experience, we have developed the PQ-Box app for Android and iOS. For example, the app makes it possible to display a large number of online measured values, to change converter configurations for current and voltage converters, the measurement interval or the nominal voltage of the PQ-Box 50.

The mobile power quality all-rounder

PQ-Box 150

The mobile power analyzer, power meter and transient recorder PQ-Box 150 was designed to quickly localize the cause of power failures. The class A device was developed for measurements in low, medium and high voltage networks and is ideally designed for mobile measurement operations in harsh environments and where space is very limited. Thus, the device impresses as a mobile all-rounder of our product group and its wide range of applications, which also provides standard reports according to the specifications of EN 50160, IEC 61000-2-2/-2-4 for public and industrial networks.

Acquisition of current and voltage harmonics up to 9kHz

The PQ-Box 150 records current and voltage harmonics up to 9 kHz according to IEC61000-4-7. The power quality meter is well prepared for future power quality standards.

PQ Box 200

The mobile power quality network analyser, power meter and transient recorder PQ-Box 200 has been equipped with a large number of trigger options in order to quickly localize the cause of network faults. The class A device was developed for measurements in low, medium and high voltage networks and is ideally designed for mobile measurement operations in harsh environments and where space is very limited. In addition, the device enables an assessment of the voltage quality for public and industrial networks. The device thus offers everything the power quality expert needs.

Capture fast switching transients with 4MHz sample rate

The network analyzer PQ-Box 200 has a sampling rate of 4 MHz for detecting fast switching transients. The measuring range for transients is +/- 5,000 V. Voltage and current harmonics are recorded up to 20 kHz. The device has a high level of accuracy and has a 24-bit input converter.

In addition, the device enables an assessment of the voltage quality for public and industrial networks. The device is therefore an indispensable support for analyzes in high frequency ranges.

Permanent acquisition of frequencies up to 170 kHz

The calculation from 8 kHz to 170 kHz is done using a gapless FFT calculation as a 200 msec interval. More than 5000 different measured values ??can be permanently recorded with measurement intervals from 200ms. In addition, ½ Periods (10 ms) minimum and maximum values ??recorded.
